Manager, External Workforce Operations (Staff Augmentation/MSP): Supporting day-to-day external workforce operations for the EU with a focus on the Puurs, Belgium office and Belgium market, including supplier delivery, governance, reporting, and issue resolution with an accent on operational compliance, vendor accountability, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on managing MSP performance, identifying workforce and compliance risks, driving process improvements, and resolving complex issues across procurement, finance, legal, compliance, and business teams.

operates a large manufacturing and packaging site in Puurs producing injectable vaccines and medicines for patients in more than 170 countries.
What you will do
- Oversee EU and Belgium staff augmentation and Statement of Work operations in line with policies, contracts, compliance requirements, and operating standards.
- Lead day-to-day external workforce service delivery for the Puurs site and wider Belgium market.
- Manage MSP and supplier performance, including metrics, governance reviews, escalations, corrective actions, and issue resolution.
- Partner with procurement, finance, legal, compliance, digital teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders to resolve complex workforce matters.
- Drive adoption of global processes, tools, workflows, reporting, and standard operating procedures in the local market.
- Review operational data, dashboards, issue logs, and vendor updates to identify risks, delays, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain management, human resources, finance, procurement, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in vendor management, external workforce operations, procurement operations, service delivery, project management, HR operations, or a related discipline.
- Strong expertise in Belgium staff augmentation and Statement of Work workforce models, supplier engagement, compliance requirements, and operational processes.
- Experience managing MSPs, staffing suppliers, consulting suppliers, master vendors, or SOW service providers.
- Strong operational, project management, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work primarily with the Puurs, Belgium office and support occasional meetings or travel for site, vendor, and business reviews.
Nice to have
- Experience in a large corporate, shared services, life sciences, or global blue-chip environment.
- Experience with vendor management systems, workflow tools, dashboards, and business reporting platforms.
- Project management certification or experience.
- CCWP, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, CAPM, or similar certification.
