HR Administrator 1-year Fixed-Term Contract with Permanent Option (Payroll)

Location: Saintes/Tubize, Belgium; one fixed teleworking day on Fridays

What you will do

• Manage personnel administration for several stores across the Netherlands.
• Handle daily payroll management in collaboration with the social secretariat.
• Act as the main contact for employees' HR-related questions.
• Process HR documents, including reports, contracts, amendments, letters, workplace accident files, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain accurate data in HR and payroll systems and perform detailed analyses.
• Collaborate with store teams to manage HR files and meet company deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Dutch social legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of time-management administration and related software such as Cobra (SD Worx), ADP, or Tamigo.
• Dutch required; English at minimum B2 level.
• Rigour, organisation, autonomy, discretion, stress resistance, and strong interpersonal and writing skills.
