TL;DR
Senior Mobile Engineer (Android) (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose): Build and ship features for a modern Android banking app used across the Nordics with an accent on polished UI, Kotlin development, and end-to-end feature ownership. Focus on designing Compose interfaces, working across a large modular codebase, and integrating AI into the way code is written and shipped.
Location: Aarhus, Denmark; onsite, full-time

What you will do
- Build and ship features in a Jetpack Compose Android app, owning them from implementation through production.
- Create polished, intuitive interfaces using the in-house Matter design system and its localized Compose components.
- Develop daily with Kotlin, Coroutines, Flow, Hilt, Room, Retrofit, and a UI–ViewModel–Repository architecture.
- Contribute to a large codebase consisting of approximately 130 modules.
- Collaborate with iOS, Backend, Web, Product, Design, and Data specialists.
- Explore practical applications of AI in software development and delivery.
Requirements
- Experience with Android engineering and a strong interest in building beautiful, intuitive mobile interfaces.
- Solid Kotlin fundamentals.
- Experience with or strong motivation to learn Jetpack Compose; experience with Android Views is also relevant.
- Clear communication, effective collaboration, ownership, and willingness to grow.
