React Native Engineer (Crypto)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.
• Own Krak feature delivery from technical design through release and post-launch iteration.
• Build maintainable, performant, resilient screens and components using established architecture patterns.
• Write tested code, participate in code reviews, and uphold engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Rust backend engineers to deliver measurable customer value.
• Improve shared components, code quality, tooling, and the broader Krak mobile codebase.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of software development experience focused on web or mobile applications.
• Hands-on React Native experience and solid JavaScript and TypeScript knowledge.
• Experience integrating and consuming APIs with attention to mobile security and performance.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks, build pipelines, and modern tooling.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and consumer-focused mobile experiences.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Native iOS or Android development experience, including React Native animations and micro-interactions.
• Experience with Next.js, WebSockets, Rust or similar languages, async architectures, APIs, and microservices.
• Experience in consumer payments, crypto, fintech, or large-scale financial products.
• Experience in a large technology organization or fast-growing startup.
• Open-source or broader engineering community contributions.
