What you will do

• Own the creative development of Dolls portfolio style guide assets from concept through final execution.
• Translate creative briefs into brand-right visual solutions with minimal direction.
• Develop graphics, patterns, typography, iconography, layouts, illustrations, and visual storytelling assets.
• Apply fashion, lifestyle, color, print, graphic, and consumer trends to visual collections.
• Art direct external artists, illustrators, photographers, and design vendors to maintain creative quality and brand alignment.
• Present design concepts and rationale while collaborating with Brand, Licensing, Product Development, and Creative Operations teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, style guide development, fashion graphics, consumer products, entertainment, or a related creative field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fashion Design, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional skills in typography, composition, color, layout, and visual storytelling, with a strong understanding of fashion, graphic, and lifestyle trends.
• Experience developing style guide assets, brand systems, or visual toolkits for licensed consumer products.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines.
