Treasury Manager - Reporting & Operations (Data Center Technology)

Location: hirify.global HQ, North Sydney, Australia. Initial 6-month fixed-term contract based in Sydney.

What you will do

• Prepare treasury reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including board, due diligence, and investor materials.
• Ensure accurate accounting, valuation, and reporting of treasury instruments, including mark-to-market valuations.
• Model and analyse cash, liquidity, interest-rate, and foreign-exchange risks.
• Manage Treasury Management System accounts, reconciliations, interfaces, and middle-office controls across TMS, ERP, and banking platforms.
• Drive treasury process improvements, automation, system implementations, and reporting enhancements.
• Lead the middle-office accounting and reporting function while balancing project delivery with daily operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, commerce, economics, finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of corporate treasury experience, ideally in an international organisation.
• Experience in group treasury roles within multicurrency and multi-jurisdictional organisations.
• Strong understanding of treasury reporting, accounting, controls, compliance, and financial risk management.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, ambition, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in data centres, technology, commercial real estate, REITs, or project finance.
• Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, or ESG financing.
