Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Assisted Living 7PM-11PM PRN or Part-Time

Location: 7100 Dearwester Dr, Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; shift: 7:00 PM–11:00 PM

Compensation: USD 29–33 per hour

What you will do

• Administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations and company guidelines.
• Complete resident admissions, assessments, care plans, service plans, and required documentation.
• Track clinical conditions such as wounds and infection control issues under nursing leadership.
• Consult on health concerns, respond to emergencies, and notify physicians or families about changes in residents’ health.
• Communicate with departments and staff, provide educational meetings, and maintain resident confidentiality.
• Attend required training and meetings while supporting safe working practices.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in senior care or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks safely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Dedicated, compassionate, and energetic approach to resident care.
