TL;DR
Technical Sales Engineering Intern (Processing Services): Supporting the quoting and sales-order process for plant components such as valves, pumps, tanks, and instruments with an accent on component sizing, technical documentation, and supplier coordination. Focus on generating custom part numbers, troubleshooting component applications, evaluating delivery alternatives, and providing consultative technical support to internal teams and customers.
Location: Onsite in Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico; availability to work and commute to the site 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm

What you will do
- Support the quoting process by selecting and sizing valves, pumps, tank equipment, instruments, and other plant components.
- Collaborate with other service categories to create bundled offers.
- Create quote-based sales orders and generate part numbers for custom items.
- Follow up with suppliers to support complete, on-time deliveries and resolve issues by evaluating alternatives.
- Provide technical support on component documentation, applications, maintenance, troubleshooting, and related matters.
- Manage multiple priorities through proactive communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and a consultative customer approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor's studies in progress in Mechanical, Food, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Advanced English with fluent written and spoken communication.
- Availability for the full internship program from January 18 to December 13, 2027.
- Expected graduation in December 2027 or later.
- Ability to work onsite and commute 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Hiring process
- Application review from August 31 to September 25, 2026.
- Video interview from September 7 to October 16, followed by interviews from October 19 to October 30.
- Admission from November 2 to November 27, with a planned start date of January 18, 2027.
