What you will do

• Mix water-based, plastisol, and solvent inks using Pantone codes, formulas, and customer specifications.
• Check ink viscosity and quality, maintain stock levels, and document customer-specific formulas.
• Prepare carousel, flatbed, and rotary screen-printing machinery, including screens, squeegees, floodbars, and printing materials.
• Assist with loading, feeding, unloading, and curing printed textiles, paper, plastics, and other materials.
• Monitor print sharpness, color opacity, and defects, reporting deviations or machine malfunctions to the lead printer.
• Clean and maintain screens, equipment, the ink-mixing area, and the workspace while handling chemical waste safely.

Requirements

• Experience in a graphic production environment or screen-printing shop is preferred; willingness to learn is also valued.
• Excellent color perception and attention to detail, with no color blindness.
• Ability to follow formulas, measurements, and technical specifications accurately.
• Good physical condition for standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Proficiency in English or Dutch is required to read order sheets and safety instructions.
• Quality-oriented, proactive, resilient under pressure, and able to work effectively with the lead printer.
