Senior Python Developer with LangGraph (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain multi-agent workflows with LangGraph and LangChain.
• Design supervisor-worker, fan-out, and fan-in orchestration patterns.
• Build stateful agent applications with checkpointing, persistence, and recovery.
• Develop human-in-the-loop approval workflows and agent-to-agent delegation through Agent Gateway.
• Implement monitoring, observability, idempotency, fault tolerance, and operational controls.
• Collaborate on scalable architecture, technical design, code reviews, documentation, and performance improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Python software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience developing multi-step agent workflows with LangGraph and LangChain.
• Experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal or Airflow.
• Experience designing stateful distributed systems, including checkpointing, persistence, state management, and idempotency.
• Experience building scalable backend applications and platform services in cloud-based environments.
• Strong understanding of multi-agent orchestration, distributed workflow architectures, and collaborative software development.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Bedrock AgentCore Runtime, AWS Bedrock Memory API, and AWS cloud services.
• Experience with enterprise human-in-the-loop approval workflows and agent governance.
• Knowledge of AI observability, monitoring, security, compliance, and governance practices.
• Experience designing enterprise AI platforms and agent ecosystems.
