Personal Banker (Banking)

What you will do

• Execute and submit client account servicing requests, including wires, fund transfers, account openings and closures, documentation, record maintenance, and document imaging.
• Handle cash transactions, paying and receiving activities, and daily balancing.
• Research and resolve client issues while coordinating with relationship management and client service teams.
• Apply banking operations, risk management, and compliance policies, escalating issues and concerns to management.
• Maintain knowledge of banking applications, products, services, and client technology systems.
• Monitor banking reports, support audits, and assist with safe deposit box servicing where available.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of related banking or client service experience.
• Knowledge of federal regulations, banking guidelines, operations, products, and services preferred.
• Strong client service, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
