What you will do

• Lead supplier business plans and implementation across the organization.
• Align supplier and company goals to achieve shared commercial objectives.
• Monitor and recommend tactical and strategic supplier relationship plans.
• Participate in supplier business reviews, provide analysis, and help resolve issues.
• Identify new supplier opportunities and develop services that combine supplier capabilities with company offerings.
• Coordinate with product groups on price negotiations, market knowledge, forecasting, rebate projections, and program performance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of applicable principles, concepts, techniques, standards, and job functions.
• Ability to independently solve complex problems through in-depth analysis and sound judgment.
• Ability to coordinate work across departments and interact with senior professionals and management.
