Intern, Strategic & Planning

Location: Bogota, Colombia; hybrid work with at least two days per week in the assigned hirify.global office

What you will do

• Support LATAM business planning and the execution of regional strategy.
• Create and maintain business plans with measurable targets and prepare short-term and long-range presentations.
• Track business plan progress and develop macro, board, and results reports.
• Research industry trends and competitive landscapes, translating findings into presentations and leadership memos.
• Support new-market and line-of-business development, M&A activities, and partnership processes.
• Conduct strategic and financial analyses and support project management for regional initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, business planning ability, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 100% fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently in a changing environment.
