What you will do

• Analyze infrastructure problems and technical issues, propose solutions, and support project delivery.
• Test, modify, automate, and integrate enterprise IT systems.
• Provide technical input early in projects, including feasibility assessment and identification of technical and timeline risks.
• Plan IT infrastructure and operational execution over the long term.
• Document and diagram solutions for hand-off and collaborate with architects, technicians, project managers, and clients.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in a technology domain such as cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
• Enterprise IT application experience and hands-on experience with software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in the public AWS cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience driving engineering solutions across teams and improving processes.
• Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• In-depth knowledge of Amazon cloud hosting architecture.
• Experience with Azure.
• Knowledge of technical design techniques, tools, plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail.
