What you will do
- Support statutory accounting deliverables and statutory financial statements for assigned legal entities.
- Prepare cash flow statements, reporting schedules, account reconciliations, and analyses.
- Reconcile local statutory records with corporate reporting figures and maintain accounting documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, responding to requests, and tracking deliverables.
- Assist with statutory and regulatory submissions in collaboration with Tax, Compliance, Finance, and Country Tax Centers.
- Participate in trend analysis, process standardization, and legal entity accounting transformation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or financial reporting.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts, with basic knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, or Local GAAP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Intermediate English proficiency required.
- Ability to support accounting policies, governance requirements, SOX controls, and internal control procedures.
Nice to have
- Experience or internship in accounting, finance, audit, or financial reporting.
- Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of SOX controls, statutory accounting, financial statement preparation, or external audits.
- Knowledge of business analytics tools.
