Enterprise IAM Architect, Global (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Define and govern workforce IAM and customer IAM target-state architectures, strategies, standards, controls, and design patterns.
• Develop multi-year transformation roadmaps, transition states, sequencing, project charters, and measurable success metrics.
• Translate capability gaps and risk exposure into fundable initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities, security architecture, and regulatory obligations.
• Steer phishing-resistant and passwordless authentication strategies, including FIDO2, WebAuthn, device-bound authentication, and platform authenticators.
• Define endpoint-integrated trust models using device posture, compliant-device enforcement, and conditional access.
• Provide governance and design authority for identity initiatives, system integrators, consultancies, sourcing decisions, and operating models.

Requirements

• In-depth cybersecurity and/or identity architecture experience, including enterprise-scale IAM/CIAM transformation.
• Experience defining enterprise IAM/CIAM strategies, target-state architectures, roadmaps, and portfolio-governed project or program charters.
• Strong knowledge of workforce and/or customer identity platforms such as Entra ID, hybrid Active Directory, Intune, Windows Hello for Business, Okta, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or HYPR.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO/IEC, SABSA, and TOGAF frameworks and control-driven design in regulated environments.
• Experience working with PMOs, system integrators, consultancies, and executive stakeholders, including risk/value trade-offs and influencing without direct authority.
• Ability to work primarily from an hirify.global office in London, Dublin, Reston, or Charlotte.
