What you will do

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise IAM platforms, including SSO, MFA, identity federation, and IBM Verify.
• Integrate enterprise applications using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, and REST APIs.
• Support access reviews, identity lifecycle management, vulnerability remediation, security operations, and incident response.
• Identify automation and scripting opportunities and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and implementation standards.
• Consult with IT teams and application owners on RBAC and authorization policies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, MFA, identity federation, Active Directory, or LDAP directory services.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, and RBAC.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex identity issues and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Associate degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; equivalent training or experience is considered.
