Senior Consultant (Hedge Fund Accounting)

Location: Manila, Philippines; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of NAV calculations and monthly closing activities for hedge fund clients.
• Review closing summaries and analyze financial data for clients and investors.
• Prepare fund financial statements and close books and records to final performance figures.
• Work with clients, Hedge Fund Services teams, and external auditors to resolve operational issues and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert and escalation point for complex fund-related matters.
• Support team development through mentoring, learning, recruiting, and strategic program execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in hedge fund accounting, fund administration, or financial operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hedge fund operations, NAV calculations, capital activities, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP accounting standards.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to operate independently and provide high-level consulting.
• Technical systems knowledge, such as PeopleSoft.
• College or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience; an ACCA or similar industry qualification is preferred.
