Branch Banking Client Consultant II Licensed (Banking)

Location: Woodbury, NY 11797; full-time branch-based position

Pay range: $18.34–$27.68 per hour

What you will do

• Resolve client account questions, problems, and complaints through timely research and communication.
• Provide product information, financial education, and customized recommendations based on client needs.
• Support growth in deposits, loans, non-interest income, and primary client acquisition.
• Identify client needs and make effective introductions to mortgage, business banking, and financial consultant partners.
• Complete sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Set and complete appointments, make campaign and lead calls, and mentor colleagues on products and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, HiSET, TASC, or foreign equivalent.
• 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience, including experience in financial services.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
• Life and Health Insurance Licenses required within the first 90 days.
• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 6, and Series 63 or Series 66 licenses required within the specified post-exam timelines.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships, communicate clearly, solve problems, and achieve sales and referral goals.
