Location: Remote

What you will do

  • Develop network functions and protocols for generic Linux or network equipment.
  • Debug and launch software on new network equipment samples.
  • Develop software for networking equipment.

Requirements

  • Experience in C/C++ programming.
  • Knowledge of Python sufficient to write auto-tests.
  • Understanding of networks, TCP/UDP features, and traffic shaping.
  • Experience developing applications for Linux and with Linux kernel networking stack.
  • Experience with multi-threaded program development, debugging, and optimization.
  • English: B2 (written and spoken) required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with network technologies: DPDK, SNMP, Ethernet, PoE, PPTP, PPPoE, DHCP, VPN protocols, VLAN, QoS, IGMP.
  • Profiling network protocols using Wireshark.
