What you will do

• Own the technical direction of eCommunication Surveillance, Trade Surveillance, and Employee Ethics Monitoring platforms.
• Design secure, scalable architecture for surveillance platforms, data ecosystems, SaaS deployments, and third-party integrations.
• Evaluate and implement AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, anomaly detection, and risk-scoring capabilities.
• Lead integrations with compliance technology providers such as Global Relay, TradingHub, ACA, and similar platforms.
• Establish data ingestion, normalization, reconciliation, quality monitoring, reporting, retention, and auditability capabilities.
• Lead delivery from concept through production, support governance and audits, maintain technology roadmaps, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering, integration, or solution architecture experience.
• Experience with compliance, regulatory surveillance, AML, conduct risk, trade monitoring, or communications monitoring platforms.
• Experience with SaaS integration architectures, APIs, event-driven architectures, cloud technologies, and enterprise integration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, advanced analytics, anomaly detection, data security, encryption, key management, access controls, and data privacy.
• Experience with enterprise data governance, data mesh architectures, data quality management, and reporting frameworks.
