Payroll Consultant (Payroll Transformation) (Payroll Operations): Supporting payroll transformation, accurate payroll execution, and migration projects with an accent on end-to-end process documentation, compliance, and internal controls. Focus on identifying process gaps, strengthening audit readiness, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with UAT and system implementations.
Location: Hybrid in BGC, Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines, with onsite work 2–3 times per week

What you will do
- Document and maintain end-to-end payroll processes and support accurate payroll processing.
- Act as a payroll Subject Matter Expert and resolve payroll issues and discrepancies.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements across payroll operations.
- Support payroll transformation, migration, transition, and system implementation projects.
- Assist with UAT and collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Strengthen internal controls and support compliance with policies, regulations, and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of payroll process experience or exposure.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and payroll operations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and compliance requirements.
- Experience with process documentation, process improvement, audit, and internal controls.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with close attention to detail.
