Consultant: Treasury COO – Strategy & Execution (Finance)

Location: Chicago, IL; hybrid work model with time split between the office and home. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $114,700–$194,900 USD per year, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include equity.

What you will do

• Embed Treasury and Finance considerations into enterprise change initiatives in partnership with IT, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives, including workstream structures, execution plans, roadmaps, and success measures.
• Strengthen risk, control, governance, process documentation, and reporting practices.
• Track and resolve audit actions and regulatory deliverables while identifying and mitigating execution risks.
• Lead multidimensional analysis and translate complex data into recommendations, reporting frameworks, and operational improvements.
• Build stakeholder alignment and present decision-support materials in governance forums and senior stakeholder settings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or Finance/Treasury environments.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, organizing complex workstreams, and delivering in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, drive cross-functional alignment, and operate independently with sound judgment.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in Treasury, Liquidity, Markets, or Finance COO functions.
• Exposure to regulatory, control, or transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with data governance, controls, or audit processes.
