Content Designer & Social Media Producer (AI)

Location: Remote from Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines; ideally aligned with NZ Business Hours (NZT) with a minimum of 3–4 hours overlap.

Salary: approximately NZD 1,500 per month.

What you will do

• Design on-brand social graphics, digital ads, brochures, flyers, signage, presentations, email graphics, and property marketing materials.
• Build and maintain reusable Canva brand templates and adapt master creative into platform-specific formats.
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts, including captions, motion graphics, music, colour grading, and branded elements.
• Retouch and colour-correct property and display-home photography for web, social, print, and listings.
• Produce, schedule, and publish approved social posts, carousels, and stories while maintaining an organised asset library.
• Use AI tools for image editing, video, captioning, and copy drafting, and suggest ways to scale production workflows.

Requirements

• Strong visual design skills in layout, typography, colour, and composition, supported by a clean professional portfolio.
• Confident short-form video editing experience and a showreel of published social video.
• Commercial-standard photo retouching and colour-correction skills, with careful attention to spelling, alignment, exports, and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in Canva, including building and managing brand templates, plus working knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, and a video editor such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube formats and scheduling tools.
• Strong written and spoken English, self-management, deadline reliability, and the ability to communicate across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience in property, construction, real estate, interiors, or another considered-purchase category.
• Previous work for Australian or New Zealand clients or brands.
• Motion graphics, simple animation, web and email asset production, photography, or 3D/render experience.
