Analista de Remuneração Pleno (Compensation)

Location: Onsite in Vinhedo, São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

• Support annual compensation cycles, including global transfer updates, manual uploads, change statements, issue troubleshooting, and cycle testing.
• Contribute to pay equity reviews, salary planning, compensation surveys, and market data analysis.
• Manage recognition program invoice reconciliation and usage analysis.
• Perform compensation and pay-for-performance analyses for specific teams and requests.
• Redesign processes and tools for regular compensation audits and accurate bonus payments.
• Map incentive plans at employee level and contribute to compensation-related projects.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of related experience.
• Understanding of compensation policies, practices, and methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills for data analysis.
• Ability to handle confidential compensation information with discretion.
• Business-level English required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience with compensation software and tools.
• Oracle Cloud HCM or ServiceNow knowledge.
• CCP certification.
