Associate Compensation Manager – Europe Developed Markets (Compensation and Total Rewards): Managing regional compensation programs, annual merit cycles, salary range reviews, job evaluations, and pay analyses with an accent on market competitiveness, pay equity, and data-driven recommendations. Focus on applying Korn Ferry Hay methodology, improving compensation frameworks and tools, and advising HR and business stakeholders across assigned European markets.

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; full-time onsite role. An EU Working Permit is required; the Orientation Year Visa is not accepted.

What you will do

  • Manage annual merit cycles for assigned countries and HR teams.
  • Support salary range reviews through market data analysis, range modelling, and recommendations.
  • Conduct job evaluations using the Korn Ferry Hay methodology and escalate complex cases for review.
  • Perform pay equity, market competitiveness, and salary benchmarking analyses.
  • Improve compensation tools, frameworks, governance, documentation, and manager materials.
  • Partner with HR, business stakeholders, ZBB, Benefits, and Total Rewards colleagues on pay decisions and compensation projects.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in compensation and/or total rewards.
  • Experience with Korn Ferry Hay or a similar job architecture methodology.
  • Experience in salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
  • Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Strong Excel skills and proven project management abilities.
  • English is required, and an EU Working Permit is mandatory; the Orientation Year Visa is not accepted.
