Laboratory Data Analyst (Minerals Laboratory)

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines. Hybrid work arrangement may vary by affiliate country; candidates must be amenable to working onsite for 2 to 6 months.

What you will do

• Validate and approve laboratory production data against standards and laboratory schemes.
• Initiate corrective actions, rechecks, and additional assays for out-of-tolerance or over-range results.
• Prepare certificates of testing and release results to internal and external clients.
• Investigate quality non-conformances with department and QA/QC supervisors.
• Set up proficiency tests, monitor progress, and validate results.
• Maintain QC control charts, monitor laboratory results, and provide technical input across departments.

Requirements

• BS degree in Chemistry or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a laboratory and/or mineral operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of geochemical testing and statistical scrutiny.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to prepare clear technical reports, follow work instructions, and use Word, Excel, and other computer software.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
• Previous experience in a quality control role.
