Lead UI Developer (Angular)

Location: Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States. Hybrid work with an expectation to be in the St. Petersburg corporate office 3 days per week. Work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise-scale Angular applications.
• Establish front-end standards, reusable design patterns, shared component libraries, and scalable frameworks.
• Own UI feature delivery from concept through production and collaborate with product, UX, architecture, QA, DevOps, and backend teams.
• Develop responsive, accessible, cross-browser interfaces and integrate RESTful APIs with authentication, caching, error handling, and asynchronous workflows.
• Design Micro Frontend solutions using Module Federation, improve application performance, and drive modernization and technical-debt reduction.
• Mentor developers, lead technical discussions and reviews, support production troubleshooting, and improve automated testing and CI/CD quality gates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience developing enterprise web applications.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• Strong experience with RxJS, NgRx or equivalent state management, reusable component libraries, and scalable front-end architecture.
• Experience with responsive, accessible, cross-browser applications, performance optimization, RESTful APIs, and Micro Frontends.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD platforms, SonarQube, automated deployment, and unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases; high school education required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AG Grid, Apache ECharts, or equivalent visualization libraries.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
