What you will do

• Support the launch and scale-up of the ESG Process POD by coordinating sustainability requests and converting them into actionable work items.
• Assist with ESG request prioritization based on strategic alignment, business value, scalability, feasibility, capacity, timing, and reporting or regulatory urgency.
• Gather and validate sustainability data, track evidence and open actions, and support CDP, CSRD readiness, internal ESG reporting, KPI tie-outs, and quarterly updates.
• Coordinate supplier engagement, including outreach tracking, reminders, document reviews, data quality checks, and response consolidation.
• Maintain sustainability mailboxes, Aravo tasks, request trackers, dashboards, status reports, documentation, and process controls.
• Partner with Sustainability, Procurement, GBS, zone, and data teams to clarify requirements, align priorities, escalate blockers, and support stakeholder sign-off.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Operations, Reporting, Risk, Compliance, or a related analytical field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong business understanding, analytical skills, and ability to translate ambiguous requests into concrete execution steps.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with global stakeholders, cross-functional teams, suppliers, or external partners across regions and time zones.
• Strong ownership, communication, attention to detail, and ability to identify and escalate risks or blockers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Monday.com, Aravo, SAP, Ariba, or ESG reporting tools.
• Experience building standardized processes, templates, SOPs, handover materials, and process controls.
