About the Role

You will work directly with the founders on strategic and operational initiatives. You will research markets, evaluate opportunities, drive special projects, support hiring, manage external relationships, assist with cross-border arrangements, and improve internal processes as priorities evolve.

Requirements

• Interest in Web3 crypto and emerging technologies
• Experience working across functions and owning business operations
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and switch between problems
• Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Focus on operational efficiency and outcomes
• Preferred experience working with a founder or leadership team in an early-stage company

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founders on strategic and operational initiatives
• Identify and solve problems across business functions
• Conduct market research competitive analysis and customer discovery
• Evaluate business product and market opportunities
• Drive special projects from idea to execution
• Unblock execution across different teams
• Support hiring and team management
• Manage relationships with partners customers investors and service providers
• Assist with cross-border arrangements
• Improve internal processes workflows and operational efficiency
