AI Adoption Intern

What you will do

• Support enterprise-wide adoption campaigns for Microsoft Copilot and related AI tools.
• Create awareness materials and coordinate online engagement activities.
• Support live demos, orientation events, and training sessions for Copilot users.
• Maintain self-service learning resources and training materials.
• Onboard AI Champions, Trainers, and early adopters while supporting peer communities and recognition programs.
• Track participation, collect user feedback, prepare usage reports, and synthesize insights for program improvements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, and AI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
