Intern, Community Product Management (Summer 2027)

Location: Hybrid in Oak Brook, Illinois; onsite at the Oak Brook office at least three days per week.

Salary: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct market and competitive research to identify industry trends, customer challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Support product documentation, including briefs, release notes, and presentations.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Assist with product testing and validation against customer needs and quality standards.
• Prepare product presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, independence, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Enthusiasm for technology, product development, and innovation.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Oak Brook, Illinois office at least three days per week.

• Previous internship experience or active involvement in campus organizations.
