hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Handle multiple real estate clients, accounting software, and charts of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Process accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll.
• Prepare financial statements and complete month-end account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, prepaid, accounts receivable, fixed asset, accounts payable, and accrual reconciliations.
• Complete complex reconciliations previously set up and supported by senior accounting personnel, including Senior Associates, Assistant Controllers, Controllers, or CFOs.
• Complete sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and other quarterly or annual client-requested items.

• Bachelor's degree required. A combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted instead of a degree.
