What you will do
- Manage weekly renewal reviews ahead of renewal notice printing.
- Identify workflow improvements and coordinate system enhancements with IT, vendors, and other business units.
- Support product and benefits development, including policy wording, rating, system development, and testing.
- Assist with regulatory requirements and product and pricing filings.
- Support branches with underwriting enquiries, policy terms, endorsements, and premium checks.
- Perform local underwriting validation, pricing checks, audit coordination, Safe Harbor reporting, and blacklist updates.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably automotive insurance.
- Diploma, bachelor's degree, or higher qualification.
- Background in insurance or banking is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English is required.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
