Location: Hybrid at Plant 03 in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States. Full-time, 40-hour work week. Relocation is available. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
Salary: $18.00–$27.50 per hour, depending on education, qualifications, experience, business needs, and geographic location.

Corporation is a global marine company, and Mercury Marine manufactures recreational marine propulsion engines, boats, services, parts, oils, and related marine electronics.
What you will do
- Support product management activities for parts and oils, including website content, sell sheets, sales reporting, SKU rationalization, and product assortment analysis.
- Conduct competitive analysis across product lines using pricing, product, promotion, positioning, and placement data.
- Assess markets, consumer data, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and product-line enhancements.
- Maintain cross-reference lists, pricing data, competitive positioning insights, product images, and descriptions.
- Collaborate with departments, divisions, suppliers, customers, dealers, and cross-functional teams on product initiatives.
- Review current offerings and present recommendations for improvement in a final presentation.
Requirements
- Current Bachelor's degree student in business, management, marketing, or CPG retail.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and manage data, present findings clearly, collect market and consumer insights, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Must already be authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Mechanical and business aptitude, with familiarity with marine or powersports businesses.
- Project management experience or skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a hardworking, enthusiastic, self-motivated approach.
