Corporate Helicopter Pilot (Airbus AS350 B3)

Location: Montréal, Québec, Canada. Flight operations cover a 400–500 km radius around Montréal. Seasonal on-call availability 7 days a week from approximately May to October is required; no night flights.

What you will do

• Operate the Airbus AS350 B3 (AStar) safely for executive and company missions.
• Co-pilot alongside the company owner and maintain a professional flight environment.
• Provide in-flight training and mentorship to lower-hour pilots.
• Complete pre-flight and post-flight inspections, safety checks, flight plans, weather monitoring, and flight documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance and maintain compliance with Transport Canada regulations.
• Support a flexible seasonal operating schedule, potentially as part of a shared two-pilot arrangement.

Requirements

• Valid Transport Canada Commercial Pilot Licence – Helicopter (CPL-H) or ATPL-H.
• Extensive Airbus AS350 B3 experience with the required type rating.
• Valid Transport Canada Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• At least 3,000 total helicopter hours, including 1,500 turbine hours and 100 hours on the make and model, with no losses.
• Executive or charter pilot-in-command and/or co-pilot experience, plus demonstrated flight-training and mentoring ability.
• Valid Québec Class 5 driver's licence with a clean record; fluent English is required as the primary working language. French is a strong asset.

Nice to have

• IFR rating or instrument flight experience.
• Cross-country navigation experience in Québec and Eastern Canada.
• Executive-facing, VIP, or high-discretion aviation experience.
• Familiarity with Montréal-area airspace, aerodromes, and regional geography.
