UI Frontend Developer (Cyber Security Data)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; primarily in the office

Salary: $105,000–$148,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus under the applicable incentive plan.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain modern responsive interfaces for cybersecurity analytics and reporting platforms.
• Build reusable frontend components and enterprise-scale applications with React.
• Develop secure Python backend services, APIs, automation, and data-processing solutions.
• Integrate data from vulnerability management, threat intelligence, security operations, cloud, and infrastructure platforms.
• Design databases, optimize queries, and create reporting solutions with SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders; contribute to architecture and modernization initiatives and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall technology experience in software development, engineering, architecture, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of hands-on UI development experience building enterprise web applications.
• Experience working in cybersecurity, technology risk, infrastructure, cloud, or data analytics environments.
• Advanced React experience, including state management, component architecture, and responsive design.
• Strong Python experience developing APIs, services, automation, and data-processing solutions.
• Advanced SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL experience, including database design, query optimization, stored procedures, and reporting.

Nice to have

• Node.js and TypeScript experience.
• Experience with vulnerability management, threat intelligence, SIEM, asset inventory, or risk management platforms.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Power BI, QlikView, or similar data visualization tools.
• CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Security+ certification.
