Regional Clinical Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: US, Texas; remote. Regular domestic travel of 25–50% is expected.

What you will do

• Lead, recruit, train, and develop the regional Clinical Specialist team.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and Account Managers to execute regional and territory strategies.
• Provide clinical expertise and procedural support to physicians, hospital staff, and other end users.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, clinical education, staff in-services, simulation, and training programs.
• Identify product-use issues, troubleshoot procedures, and deliver corrective in-service training when needed.
• Present clinical papers and product value propositions while following regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
• Health science background with an appropriate registration or certification, such as RN, RCIS, RCSA, or RVMS.
• 6+ years of directly related clinical-support experience in the medical device industry.
• Experience with interventional and structural cardiology products, preferably in a cardiac catheterization laboratory or as a scrub nurse or technician for structural heart procedures.
• At least 3 years of leadership or managerial experience managing a clinical team, plus experience in medical devices and interventional cardiology or electrophysiology.
• Strong clinical, interpersonal, communication, analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
