Treasury Associate, Cash Reconciliations (Finance)

What you will do

• Perform daily general-ledger-to-bank reconciliations across image cash letter and primary concentration accounts.
• Reconcile wire and check activity, classify firm and client items, validate journal references, and resolve matching discrepancies.
• Investigate and report reconciliation breaks while coordinating resolution with Financial Reporting, Cash Control, and wire teams.
• Support daily 15c3-3 reserve attestation and prepare daily and monthly general ledger entries.
• Administer domestic and foreign exchange bank accounts, user access reviews, bank fees, ServiceNow requests, and PeopleSoft Treasury configurations.
• Strengthen treasury controls, auditability, process improvement, and automation while supporting treasury technology projects and audit deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• 7–12 months of general work experience.
• Working knowledge of accounting concepts, bank accounts, and bank operations.
• Proficiency with PeopleSoft General Ledger and PeopleSoft Financials.
• Experience entering transactions into automated accounting systems and reconciling bank and general ledger accounts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and simple macros.
