What you will do
- Support energy modeling and building load analysis for project teams and internal technical initiatives.
- Organize load classifications and data within Revit models, focusing on MEP systems.
- Help develop, maintain, and improve Revit-based tools, templates, and workflows for energy and load modeling.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and architectural engineers to maintain accurate and consistent model data.
- Perform quality checks, documentation, and technical reviews under TAG leadership.
- Contribute to research, benchmarking, and technical advancement efforts related to energy performance and building systems.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or architectural engineering, preferably with an MEP focus.
- Interest in MEP systems, building performance, and energy modeling.
- Familiarity with Revit or other BIM tools through coursework or internships.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Nice to have
- Coursework or experience in energy modeling, building performance analysis, HVAC, electrical, or integrated building systems.
- Exposure to Revit MEP, load calculations, or data-driven modeling.
- Prior internship, co-op, or project experience in engineering, BIM, or building systems.
