Credit Review Senior

Location: Bangalore, India — Cherry Hills; onsite

What you will do

• Review individual commercial credit files for compliance with financial institution and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct and document testing for consulting, compliance, and internal audit engagements.
• Identify findings and document opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare detailed client reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Research technical issues and support Seniors and Managers in developing strategic client solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience.
• Banking or credit union experience with a strong background in credit analysis and underwriting.
• Experience reviewing commercial loan files across small business, agricultural, commercial real estate, construction, and commercial and industrial lending.
• Experience analyzing individual or company financial statements and cash flows to assess debt repayment capacity.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, report-writing, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, work independently and collaboratively, meet client deadlines, and use Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Credit or loan department operations experience, internal audit experience, or consulting services experience.
• Familiarity with Moody’s and other financial analytics tools.
