Assistant, Integrated Investment (Advertising)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $40,000–$50,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the creation and presentation of media plans, objectives, strategy decks, contracts, and planning cost analyses.
• Maintain campaign schedules, programming details, schedule imports, ADU acceptance, trafficking requests, weekly weights, and unit mixes.
• Track campaign delivery, pacing, deal fulfillment, post-launch proof of placement, and buy activation.
• Coordinate with Ad Operations and creative agencies on ad trafficking, site tagging, specifications, and campaign materials.
• Review invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, actualize buys, and support post-campaign reconciliation.
• Aggregate and validate campaign data, analyze delivery reports, and prepare quarterly post-campaign reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work or internship experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, writing, organization, time management, and mathematical skills.
• Interest in linear and digital media and willingness to learn about the advertising industry.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines, work independently and collaboratively, solve problems, and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and take ownership of deliverables.
