Commercial Paralegal (AI)

Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Draft, review, revise, negotiate, administer, and coordinate the execution of gas sales agreements, amendments, and related legal documents.
• Support alignment of commercial contracts with business objectives, internal standards, pricing, delivery requirements, and risk profiles.
• Advance the implementation, adoption, training, and use of AI-enabled tools, contract technology, clause management systems, and workflow solutions.
• Coordinate priorities and issue resolution between commercial teams, business management, and attorneys.
• Support contract interpretation, surcharge matters, commercial disputes, and other legal initiatives.
• Develop training materials and lead contract and negotiation-process training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an associate’s degree with a Paralegal Certificate.
• At least four years of recent and relevant legal or business experience.
• Experience generating, negotiating, revising, interpreting, and administering commercial contracts.
• Experience supporting commercial attorneys and business clients in a corporate legal environment or in contracts advisory or management.
• Experience with contracting technology platforms, contract management systems, and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, judgment, stakeholder-management, and Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and delivering training programs.
• Experience with legal research tools such as Westlaw, Lexis, and PACER.
• Working knowledge of legal technology, workflow automation, and emerging technologies relevant to legal operations.
