Senior Quality Audits Specialist (Quality Assurance)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, USA; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home; frequent national and international travel required, up to 50% annually.

Salary: $75,800–$141,700 (Zone C), $83,400–$155,900 (Zone B), or $90,900–$170,100 (Zone A), plus eligibility for incentive plans.

What you will do

• Coordinate and conduct Corporate Quality Assurance Capability audits across internal sites, external manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses, service providers, and licensing partners.
• Prepare, review, and maintain audit agendas, reports, supporting documentation, and records in Intelex.
• Track audit findings and corrective action plans through closure, verify objective evidence, and escalate overdue or high-risk items.
• Maintain audit metrics, dashboards, templates, procedures, and program documentation.
• Identify recurring findings, support trend analysis and audit calibration, and improve audit effectiveness.
• Partner with Quality, Procurement, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, suppliers, and third-party audit resources on audit requirements and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Quality Auditing within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience conducting supplier, manufacturing, or quality system audits and managing corrective actions.
• Experience in food, cosmetics, or other regulated consumer products.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, GMP, ISO, auditing principles, corrective action processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel globally up to 50% annually and work three days per week in the Alpharetta office.

Nice to have

• Certified Quality Auditor certification from ASQ or a similar qualification.
• Experience with Intelex, other eQMS platforms, enterprise audit programs, audit reporting, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of risk-based auditing and Lean or Six Sigma continuous improvement methods.
• Multilingual skills.
