Application Infrastructure Developer (MLOps)

Location: Lansing, Michigan; hybrid work may be available after initial in-person training, with up to 3 work-from-home days per week. Fully remote work is not available.

What you will do

• Develop and support infrastructure for new and existing software applications.
• Automate application deployments and maintain source code repositories.
• Support application security, scripting, performance monitoring, and third-party software administration.
• Build and maintain CI/CD processes across software development life cycles.
• Collaborate with software engineers, system administrators, database administrators, security engineers, and test automation engineers.
• Support machine learning operations tools and model deployment pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field; several years of relevant experience may be considered instead.
• Ability to learn and use tools and development techniques adopted within the Analytics Division.
• Some object-oriented development experience with Python, C#, and/or Java.
• Experience or familiarity with SQL, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Docker, Kubernetes, PowerShell, and/or SSRS/SSIS.
• Ability to work in Lansing, Michigan and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLFlow or SageMaker.
• Experience developing model deployment pipelines.
