Wealth Management Sales Enablement Associate (Finance)

Location: Chicago, IL; onsite

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

What you will do

• Support social media strategy and adoption across hirify.global Wealth Management and hirify.global Investments.
• Create and coordinate content with frontline employees, managers, and CEOs.
• Fulfill requests for collateral, seminars, events, advertisements, mailings, and promotional items.
• Coordinate recurring publications, events, and holiday gift order fulfillment.
• Manage relationships with stationery, print, and promotional-item suppliers.
• Maintain the intranet, public websites, social media accounts, collateral, files, supplies, and equipment.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in sales enablement or a similar role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite on Macintosh and Windows.
• Knowledge of or experience in financial markets or wealth management.
• Undergraduate degree.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong organization, accountability, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
