Quality Assurance Manager - Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Central - Huntsville, TX

Location: Hybrid role based in Huntsville, Texas, USA; candidates must be able to commute to the Huntsville location. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with possible variation.

Salary: Up to $60,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and improve the laboratory Quality Assurance Manual and quality system in line with the hirify.global Quality Management Plan.
• Conduct and oversee system, data, special, client, and regulatory audits; prepare audit reports and approve responses.
• Manage proficiency testing, quality control records, laboratory certifications, training records, and Demonstrations of Capability.
• Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Assurance Project Plans, technical specifications, and method detection limit studies.
• Monitor regulations and laboratory compliance with reference methods, SOPs, and agency-specific requirements.
• Investigate data integrity issues, complaints, nonconformances, and recurring problems through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Chemistry or a related science.
• At least five years of bench-level analytical experience plus formal QA training, or two years of QA experience.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to commute to the Huntsville, Texas location for the hybrid work arrangement.
