Engineer I Technical Service (HVACR)

Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines; hybrid work with on-site attendance three times per week. The first two months require on-site training Monday to Friday. Fixed night shift, one weekend day per week, and holiday work may be required.

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat, triage concerns, and troubleshoot controllers and system applications.
• Create detailed support cases and develop technical drawings, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
• Program and optimize supervisory controllers, including E2, E3, and Site Supervisor.
• Conduct remote commissioning by phone for start-up sites before contractor sign-off.
• Create graphical custom screens, map graphical instruments, and install them on PCs.
• Support food service temperature-monitoring products, knowledge-base development, device simulators, and technical services laboratory maintenance.

Requirements

• At least one year of BPO experience.
• Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or electronics and communications engineering preferred.
• Ability to work a fixed night shift, report one weekend per week, and work holidays when scheduled.
• Availability for on-site training during the first two months and on-site work three times per week in Quezon City, Manila.
