Associate, Account Management (South Luzon)

What you will do

• Manage and strengthen relationships with partner restaurant chains through regular contact with restaurant managers.
• Renegotiate commission rates, minimum basket sizes, and other contract conditions.
• Persuade restaurant partners to implement backlinks and splash pages to convert online traffic into orders.
• Design and improve after-sales processes by streamlining operations and the CRM system.
• Recruit restaurants for the corporate menu booklet, negotiate exclusive deals, and monitor order growth and customer experience.
• Help partner restaurants maintain and improve a high standard of customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferably 1–3 years of lead or account management experience, ideally in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Persistence, follow-up discipline, and the ability to organize partner communication efficiently.
• Self-motivated team player who can work independently.
• Required languages: English and Filipino.
