Salary: $116,100–$197,300 USD annually, plus a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Execute institutional equity orders across market conditions while following client instructions and best execution standards.
• Determine execution strategies, broker selection, and algorithm usage based on liquidity, market conditions, and trading objectives.
• Work with portfolio managers, investment teams, regional trading desks, brokers, counterparties, and sales traders throughout the trade lifecycle.
• Monitor execution quality, market developments, risks, and operational issues, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Maintain trading limits, entitlements, control frameworks, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Use pre-trade and post-trade transaction cost analysis and execution analytics to evaluate performance and improve workflows, controls, and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of institutional equity trading, sales trading, or related buy-side or sell-side market experience.
• FINRA Series 7, Series 57, and Series 63 licenses are required.
• Strong understanding of equity market structure, liquidity dynamics, execution venues, and algorithmic trading strategies.
• Ability to manage order flow and make sound execution decisions in fast-changing markets, with a strong commitment to best execution, risk management, and operational discipline.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• CFA, MBA, or other advanced credentials.
• Experience with trading data, analytics, and execution technology.
